Villa
rates are categorized in HIGH, LOW and PEAK seasons
There
is a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights (Low Season), 7 nights
(high Season), 10 nights (Peak season)
The maximum number of guests must be no more than maximum
capacity of the villa, unless authorized by the villa
management.
A
deposit of 50% of the rental amount must be received after
confirmation of your booking
Final
payment is required due 45 days prior to arrival or immediately if
booking is made less than 60 days (Low Season) and within 60 days
(High/Peak Season) prior to arrival in order to
guarantee your reservation
Notice of cancellation must be given in writing, deposits and final
payments are non-refundable
Payment should be made by bank telegraphic transfer. The amount transferred
must include telegraphic transfer fees
Villa
check in time within 2.00pm and check out time is 12pm. A 50%
extra charge for late check-out until 6.00pm, and a full
day charged for late check-out at over 0600pm unless prior
arrangements have been made.
Full names should be
forwarded for all guests in your
party/group along with flight details for both
arrival and departure at your earliest
opportunity. One of our staff will be at the
airport to greet YOU on arrival and drive you and your family to
your choosen holiday villa [FREE OF CHARGE].
If you would like us to do
some shopping (pre-provisioning) prior to your
arrival, please fax us a shopping list. Any
provisions bought on your behalf will be billed to
you at cost on arrival.
The
villa reserves the right at anytime in it's sole and absolute
discretion to refuse any person as a member of an accommodation
party. The villa will not be responsible under any circumstances to
refund any unused portion of monies in respect to accommodation and
car rental
Events or functions at the villa must be authorised by the villa
management
The
villa disclaims any and all liability of property loss or damage, as
well as injury including death sustained by any person whilst
residing at the villa or while engaged on any tour whether the loss
or injury occurs as a result of breach of contractual obligations of
the villa, it's staff, employees or agent
